PASTORS IAN & ANNETTE DIXON

Ian and Annette Dixon are the Senior Pastors of the Generations Church Network which consists of  thriving churches in Auckland, Hamilton and our Congregations in India. They are currently Pastors of Generations Church Hamilton.

Their passion for building people, leaders and strong healthy local churches has led to them also enjoying apostolic oversight of a number of other churches.  Leadership development, plus equipping and empowering the next generation to live influential lives making a difference in their world, fuels their generational vision.  This vision has now spread globally, where a Bible College under their leadership is currently being established in India.

Ian and Annette sold their prospering Waikato dairy farm in 1989 in response to the call of God, and have now been in full time ministry for 22 years, during which time they have planted 4 churches, all of which have experienced significant growth through evangelism.

Their heart’s desire is to see God’s church rise to the Magnificent House of God He intended, an influential, Spirit-filled, externally-focused, relevant and contagious church which represents Jesus well.

They both are ordained pastors with Acts Churches of NZ (previously Apostolic Church of NZ), and carry a breakthrough apostolic anointing and flow well in ministry together. Leadership Development is one of their major strengths and passions, as is ministering and teaching on the Holy Spirit and Faith. A major passion of theirs is to build people and see them rise to their fullest potential in God. With a healthy marriage of 35 years, they regularly minister in the area of marriage and family, have been invited to run several marriage weekends or seminars both in NZ and overseas, and love to see couples enjoying all the fullness, fun and vibrance God intended.

Another of their greatest passions is their family… they have four daughters, plus two son-in-laws (and three grandchildren) who share their vibrant passion for the local church and are all involved in various areas of fruitful church leadership.
